Confirm the product for each area
Marie Jé lists Radiesse Facial Contouring for cheek, jaw, and chin shape, and a separate Lip Contouring service for lip shape, border, and volume. Ask what exact product would be used for each. The presence of an injectable on the menu does not mean the same material belongs in every area; FDA-approved indications vary by product.
Review the area-specific risk
Have the injector explain anatomy, expected change, common adverse effects, and the plan for an urgent complication for the proposed site. The FDA notes bruising and swelling as well as rare vascular injury with fillers. Ask whether the chosen product can be removed or reduced if the result or side effect is problematic; some materials are difficult or impossible to remove.
Keep decisions independent
You can discuss overall facial balance without buying two procedures at once. Request a separate visual goal, quote, follow-up timing, and consent for each. If one area is treated first, ask whether it would change your view of the second. That question is more useful than a package comparison that hides product and placement details.
Questions and answers
Does lip contouring automatically use Radiesse?
Do not assume so. Ask for the exact product and whether its labeled indication covers the proposed injection site.
